RESERVATION POLICIES


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • All campers and their guests/visitors must agree to and abide by our Rules and Policies (see Rules of Play).
  • 4 Paws Kingdom caters exclusively to dogs and their two-legged human companions ages 18 and older. No one under 18 is allowed in the campground at any time.
  • Non-holiday reservations require the two-night minimum or 50% of charges as a deposit to hold a reservation.
  • No discounts apply on cabin, yurt, and trailer rentals.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of dogs and humans per site or rental unit.
  • No arrivals are permitted after 8 PM  (weekdays) or 9 PM (weekends) or before 10 AM. You must make arrangements for arrivals after 6 PM.
  • All canines and humans visiting registered campers must register in the office upon arrival. Visitor fees may apply depending upon duration of stay.
  • Monthly reservations will be charged a 50% deposit at time of reservation. Monthly site leases do not renew automatically. Extensions have to be requested at least five days before lease ends and will be granted upon site availability.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS

  • All holidays require a 3-night minimum rental
  • Holiday, special event and rally reservations are charged in full at the time reservations are made.
  • Holidays observed include
    • Easter
    • Memorial Day
    • 4th of July
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation Policy for RV sites:

  • All cancellations for any reservation must be submitted in writing (preferably via email).

  • No refunds or rain checks for any site deposits for cancellations involving Holidays or other designated special event weekends.

  • Deluxe/Premium RV Site Cancellations:

    • Greater than 30 days notice must be given to receive a refund
      (less a $25 admin fee). 

    • Less than 30 days but greater than 14 days notice must be given to get a raincheck (less a $25 admin fee).

    • No refunds nor rainchecks with less than 14 days notice.

  • Non-Deluxe/Premium RV Site Cancellations:
    • Greater than 14 days notice must be given to receive a refund (less a $15 admin fee).

    •  Less than 14 days but greater than 7 days notice must be given to get a raincheck (less a $15 admin fee).

    •  No refunds nor rainchecks with less than 7 days notice

  • Rainchecks must be used within one year of the date on which they are issued.
  • No refunds/rain-checks are given for early departures.

Cancellation Policy for Rental units:

  • All cancellations for any reservation must be submitted in writing (preferably via email).
  • No refunds or rain checks for cancellations involving Holidays or other designated special event weekends.
  • Rental Unit Cancellations:

    • Greater than 30 days notice must be given to receive a refund

    • Less than 30 days but greater than 14 days notice must be given to get a raincheck (less a $25 admin fee).

    • No refunds nor rainchecks with less than 14 days notice.

  • Rainchecks must be used prior to the end of the season in which they are issued.
  • No refunds/rain-checks are given for early departures.
